They were all good but I really need to work on my portions of fruit. I've definitely been been using way too much lemon in all of them. They were still good but super lemon tasting. So for right now with this, since it's still pretty new to me, I'll keep you updated on if I'm seeing/feeling any changes to my body. I know this is kind of a half assed blog, but I promise after I get a little deeper into this, I'll give you my best opinion on everything from the right mixtures to exactly what each one will do.
