Now on to the review. I bought both, the cordon blue and the broccoli and cheese. First let me say, if you are single, on the go a lot or get home late and just don't have that much time to prepare a good meal, this is for you. It can be cooked either in the microwave or the oven and doesn't take that long either way. Pair it with some canned veggies or rice like I did and you have a great quick meal. The chicken was great. Both of them. The serving size was perfect. Doesn't over fill you but leaves you completely satisfied. The chicken itself was good cuts. There was no biting into fatty pieces. Who could ask for more. The price is great as well. It was around $4.50 for a two pack. I'm cheap and that fits in my price range perfectly. Two main dishes for under $5. I definitely recommend Barber Foods Stuffed Chicken Breast. And hey they sell it at Walmart, those are everywhere!
I got to try Barber Foods Stuffed Chicken Breast for free through Bzz Agent! I got my free coupon in the mail, took it to my local grocery store to find out they don't carry Barber Foods products. The following week I went on vacation to the beach and took my coupon with me. Once again the grocery store down there also doesn't carry Barber Foods products. So I get back home and am determined to find and try this chicken. Now through out these couple of weeks I was giving out my $1.50 off coupons that came with my Bzz Kit to friends as I would see them. Anyway, the other day I needed to go to Walmart and while I was there I decided to see if they carried the Barber Foods Stuffed Chicken Breast. FINALLY!!! I found it. I was so excited! I get to the register to check out and went to get my free coupon out of my bag and all I have is one $1.50 off coupon. When I was giving out the other coupons, I mistakenly gave my free coupon to somebody. So to whoever got that, you are very welcome lol

Here lately my "thing" has been, "What can I cook in the waffle iron?". I've been trying anything and everything. Not only is it fun, like for reals, it's quick, its all been really good so far. You'll need: A waffle iron, muffin mix that you just add water to (any flavor) and ice cream if you want that for on top. The chocolate and the apple cinnamon are the best in my opinion when it comes to dessert.
During the week I'm all about a quick and easy supper. By the time I get off work, do whatever I have to do afterwards and then get home, it's usually pushing 7pm. By then I'm worn out and don't want to spend the rest of my waking hours in the kitchen. A while back I had bought one of those Banquet Complete box meals and that's where I got the idea for this. Honestly it's nothing special, just a little different I guess. So lets get started. Oh and I always add pictures just because. You will need: Glass bake ware, instant mashed potatoes, can of veggies (whatever kind you wish), ground hamburger, flour, milk, water and gravy packet. I like to start by getting my biscuit dough made and put to the side. I use the recipe on the back of the Southern Biscuit bag minus the sugar and I use butter (country crock or blue bonnet which ever tub is in the fridge).
That is a complete meal in under 30 minutes including prep and cook time. What I like about this is you can totally make it your own. Add more or take some away. So many different variations can be done with this. This is just a basic set up for endless possibilities.
